Mark S. Garber devotes 100% of his legal practice to workers compensation law with over 24 years of experience in this field. He has represented both injured workers and employers at all hearing phases in the New Jersey workers compensation courts and the Appellate Division of the Superior Court of New Jersey.

He was admitted to the New Jersey Bar in 1984 and is also authorized to appear before the United States Federal District Court for the District of New Jersey.

Mark received a Juris Doctor degree.
