According to NJ.com, a 19-year old motorcyclist was killed after being involved in a car accident on May 30. Mark Inga, a 2010 graduate of Sparta High School, was riding his Yamaha northbound on Country Route 661 before colliding head on with a pick-up truck.
According to New Jersey State Police Sgt. Brian Polite, the car accident occurred at approximately 3:15 p.m. The pickup truck was driving northbound on Route 94.
Inga was pronounced dead at 4 p.m. from personal injury suffered in the car accident, and one of the passengers was treated for a minor personal injury. Police are still investigating the cause of the car accident. Officials described the weather as being “dry and clear” at the time.
