Meet Middlesex County Personal Injury Attorney Samuel A. Freiheiter
Samuel A. Freiheiter received his Bachelor of Arts from Lafayette College, in 2015, where he studied Music and Government & Law. Sam also received his Juris Doctorate from the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University in 2018. During his time at Maurice A. Deane School of Law, Sam served a judicial extern in Nassau County, New York to the Honorable Jeffery A. Goodstein, Supervising Judge, Court of Claims (AJSC).
After Completing law school, Sam served as a Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Kathy C. Qasim, J.S.C., in the criminal part in Somerset County, New Jersey. There, his responsibilities included drafting order and legal drafts on decisions for issues ranging from Drug Court, Municipal Appeals and other general criminal matters. Sam was also a mediator for special civil and small claims court, where he assisted litigants in revolving small claims matters.
Prior to joining Spevack Law, Sam defended claims on behalf of a major insurance company. Specifically, he handled Motor vehicle, personal injury and property damage claims from inception to completion.
Sam is an alternate municipal prosecutor for the Township of North Brunswick. Sam also frequently prosecutes as a municipal prosecutor in the Township of Edison and the Borough of Carteret.
Sam is licensed to practice in the State of New Jersey and is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association and Middlesex County Bar Association.
