A man is dead after a single vehicle truck accident on the New Jersey Turnpike on the morning of November 9, according to sources. The driver died after accident occurred in the northbound lanes near Exit 8A, said New Jersey State Police. Police identified him as 39-year-old Emil Deleon of Union City.
The truck overturned on the ramp and wrecked the guardrail. Deleon was pronounced dead at the scene. The road shut down for one hour while officials cleaned up and began the investigation, which is currently ongoing. The truck was reportedly carrying recycled paper supplies.
