Witnesses made calls to police about the erratic driving of the dump truck prior to the accident, claiming that Cook was driving too fast and blowing through stop signs without even slowing down.

Katrina Doelle, 23, of Burlington, New Jersey was the victim who was injured in the truck accident. She suffered massive head injuries and organ failure and remains in critical condition at Aria Health’s Torresdale Campus.
