Attorneys Ronald Spevack and David Spevack will both be attending and participating in the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People (NAACP)-Perth Amboy Area Branch 34th Annual Freedom Fund Awards Banquet. The banquet is being held on April 27 at Pines Manor in Edison, New Jersey.
Ronald Spevack serves on the NAACP Regional Executive Committee and has been a member since 1960. The Spevack Law Firm is a proud sponsor of the event, which raises money for scholarships. David Spevack serves as a member of the scholarship committee, and he will be announcing the award winners at the banquet again this year. Reverend Anita Burson is the keynote speaker for the event. The honorees for the Lifetime Commitment to Youth Development Award are Michael G. Blackwell, Nina Nieves and Deputy Chief Benjamin Ruiz.
Each year the NAACP is able to provide scholarships to students thanks to generous donations. The mission of the NAACP is to ensure the political, educational, social and economic equality of right of all persons and to eliminate race-based discrimination. The Spevack Law Firm is proud to contribute to this great fundraiser.
